• This is a garage conversion in new longton we carried out in september 2010 , which came from a recommendation from a previous customer , it took approximately three weeks to complete the whole project with all works meeting south ribble borough councils current building regulations. close attention to detail was very important to match the existing brickwork and UPVC windows there fore when the project was complete giving an appearance to the front of the property of it had originally been built that way.

• This single storey extension was carried out in new longton in the winter of 2009 , it came in way of recommendation from two previous extensions we had recently completed in the area, we provided our design and build service upon the request of our client , with a modern theme in mind using velux windows and a vaulted ceiling  along with solid oak tri-fold sliding doors,. Upon completion of our renovation and building works this 1930,s property gained a modern living space compromising a new open plan kitchen/ lounge with dining area ,with  a separate utility room , the kitchen we designed and installed was of the porforma german range.

• The original property was a 1950,s police authority three bedroom house lacking in character , upon a careful design process which involved our clients wishes at all times and our vast experience within the building industry, A design was set for this exciting project for work to begin.

• D B Joinery carried out this extension in lostock hall in the summer of 2008 , involving a single storey side extension and adding a second floor over an existing extension , the whole building was scaffolded and covered in assuring complete weather proofing , thus protecting the clients property and maintaining  minimal disruption. this extension came to us via recommendation as does 98 % of our work  , the end result our client gained a downstairs utility room , 1st floor bedroom , and a large office.

• This Barn Conversion was carried out by D B Joinery in Haslingdon in january 2006 , all the building works were project managed by us from installing the new concrete floor right through to the stair case and balcony.

This large extension was built in 2009. DB Joinery Managed the complete service from design to planning through to complete build of this 2 story extension with luxury bathroom and bespoke staircase.
